Building Name: First United Methodist Church of Plymouth

City: Plymouth

Window Shape: 2 (rectangle)

Subject/Title of Window: God the Father - Creation

Brief Description of Subject: Window depicts the Creation. Hand of God at left, with cross. Subsequent circles and ovals show 2nd, through 6th days of Creation [water; land and plants; sun and moon; birds and fish; beasts, Adam and Eve]
There is also a window depicting God the Son's Nativity, of which no pictures were furnished us.
Pastor said it was from from the old church, which burnt down some hundred years after it was built. Ms. Montgomery thinks the windows look modern.

The MSGC is a constantly evolving database. Not all the data that has been collected by volunteers has been sorted and entered. Not every building has been completely documented.

All images in the Index are either born-digital photographs of windows or buildings or are scans of slides, prints, or other published sources. These images have been provided by volunteers and the quality of the material varies widely.

If you have any questions, additions or corrections, or think you can provide better images and are willing to share them, please contact donald20@msu.edu
