Brief Description of Subject: This window depicts Francis Asbury on horseback on a journey from the Androscoggin River south to the Gulf of Mexico and from the Atlantic west to the Mississippi. Francis Asbury was the first bishop of the Methodist Episcopal Church to be consecrated in the United States.
