Subject/Title of Window: Latin Cross

Brief Description of Subject: Description of this window, entitled "Latin Cross," is from the book "Northville First United Methodist Church 1834 - 2009."

"This form of cross is the best known in the western world, but it is appropriate anywhere. It can properly be used by any religious group who believe in Jesus Christ, and his death on the cross. Through general usage the cross has become the symbol of Christianity."

According to Church records, the two identical windows were designed by Church member James Frisbie and donated by him in honor of his children. One window is blocked by the organ and was not photographed.
