Brief Description of Subject: At the top of the window is a shield symbolizing the Augsburg confessions, the doctrine of faith. In the corner is the Castle Church with a flame passing by, the flame of the reformation which is both purifying and enlightening. In the center is Martin Luther hanging his 95 theses to the Castle Church. At the bottom are symbols of his accomplishments in the field of music, teaching and the translation of the Bible.
