Brief Description of Subject: Window depicts Jesus sending out the Apostles to preach the Gospel. Top shows the Great Commission. Twelve Apostles [!] stand below Him, some holding walking sticks. Bottom shows Pentecost. St. Peter stands at top as other Apostles kneel. Tongues of fire are above their heads and rays of light descend on them. The bottom of the window is in the narthex; the top is in the balcony. Made by Willet Stained Glass, of Philadelphia, PA. Made of colored faceted glass set with epoxy matrix.
