Brief Description of Subject: Decorative medallion at top is quite unusual; it is the throne described in the Apocalypse. Rev. 4:2-3 ".... and there before me was a throne in heaven with someone sitting on it. And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper and ruby."
Psalm 91:11 "For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." This verse is seen as the basis for the belief in your guardian angel. The child in this window is seen in a garden while being watched over by its guardian angel. This beautiful guardian angel is quite exquisitely costumed.
This window was donated appropriately enough by the "Guardian Angel Society".

The MSGC is a constantly evolving database. Not all the data that has been collected by volunteers has been sorted and entered. Not every building has been completely documented.
All images in the Index are either born-digital photographs of windows or buildings or are scans of slides, prints, or other published sources. These images have been provided by volunteers and the quality of the material varies widely.
If you have any questions, additions or corrections, or think you can provide better images and are willing to share them, please contact donald20@msu.edu
