Subject/Title of Window: Tree Planted by the Water

Brief Description of Subject: The theme for this church's decoration is "I Am the Vine, you are the branches". The eight windows of the church depict different trees, literal and symbolical, from Scripture. Each of them have copper ornaments in front of the windows. This window is a tree planted by the waters [Jeremiah 17:7-8]. The waters can be seen by the roots, fruit is growing on the branches, and the sun is shining at top right. All windows designed by Margaret Bouchez Cavanaugh, of Warren, MI.
