This beautiful window was given by Westminster members William and Lois Halladay and was dedicated on November 13, 1988. It was designed by Japanese artist Sadao Watanabe and depicts God's covenant between Himself and His people. It was created and installed by the Willet Stained Glass Studios in Philadelphia.
