Subject/Title of Window: The Psalmist--David

Brief Description of Subject: After Saul’s death David was anointed King of the House of Judah. He was the greatest king in the history of Israel. Although he is not pictured in this window, his beautiful Twenty Third Psalm is lettered here. The figure of Christ, the Good Shepherd completes this window, depicting the first verse of the Twenty Third Psalm: “The lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”
