Brief Description of Subject: Rectangular window depicting Saint John the Evangelist. Made in Chartres, France. Originally part of a set of the four evanglists in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, in Detroit, MI, which was built in the 1920's and demolished in 1993. Window was restored by Margaret Cavanaugh, of Warren, MI, in 1992. Protected on exterior by plexiglass since 1993, which was installed by E & L Construction, of Flint, MI.
