Brief Description of Subject: Description: Window is one of 7 in the Chancel of the most important Polish saints. The windows are designed to let in lots of light. In the canopy on a shield is a crown atop the Greek letters "Chi and Rho". These are the first two letters of the Greek name of "Christ" --- hence we have Christ the King. St. John Cantius earned a Doctorate in Theology and became the director of Theology at the University in Krakow. He was known for copying manuscripts of the scriptures and other Theological works. His attributes then are --- dressed as a professor, a manuscript in hand.
