Brief Description of Subject: Designed by Dr. Henry Lee Willet of Philadelphia himself, according to the dedication sermon, but by his employee Columcille Sharkey according to other notes furnished to us. Installed by Mr. Franc Beran of East Detroit [now called Eastpointe]. Donated in loving memory of Elder Harry A. Friesema. Left hand panel, top: Trumpet and tambourine. Left main: King David. Center top: Holy Spirit in form of dove, with tongues of flame. Center main: Angel Gabriel, holding baton as symbol of authority and olive branch for peace. Top right: Trumpet and triangle (the instrument). Main right: Modern choir, with organ pipes in background. “Pillars in front suggest a platform or the chancel of a church” – dedication sermon.
