Subject/Title of Window: The Desert Shall Rejoice and Blossom as the Rose

Brief Description of Subject: One sees grape leaves, a six pointed star and circles. Circles remind us that God’s perfect love is unending. All the circularity remind us of eternity as well. Grape leaves remind us of Psalm 1v.3 “...his leaf also shall not wither...” Gold three lobed trefoil leaves remind us of the divine trinity. The Star of David, a six pointed star, represents God’s six days of creation and perfection. All the light gives us wisdom. Divine order shows up in the geometric designs. God’s sovereignty over the universe is on opalescent glass with fleur-de-lis designs. Green leaves give us hope of salvation and new life. Red berries reminds us of Christ’s martyrdom and our redemption. The Messianic Rose in each of the diamonds reminds us of the prophesy from Isaiah, King James version: “The desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose.”
