Brief Description of Subject: The theme of the three windows in the East balcony is the parables of Jesus. Upper circle: father greets son, who is in tattered garments and shoeless. Lower panel: ring, robe, and shoes, symbols of the father’s welcome gifts to his son. (Luke 15:11-24) The window depicts Luke 15:11-24. The upper circle shows the father greeting his son who “was dead and has come back to life, he was lost and is found”. The lower panel shows the ring, robe and shoes.
