Brief Description of Subject: Philip holds the Tau Cross a symbol of his martyrdom. In the background we see a loaf of bread,reminding us of his remark of Jesus feeding the multitude, the scourge, symbol of his torture before being crucified. At the bottom of the window is a carpenter’s square and a cross representing his work and his death.
