Brief Description of Subject: Royal Oak street scene in 1921, flanked by Royal Oak and Oakland County seals. Description of a 1921 Royal Oak street scene from Early Royal Oak shines in window: a second stained glass window depicting a cornucopia with fruits and produce will be installed on the south side of the market building in July, 1992

Inscriptions: On either side of North windows is stained glass plaque, one marking oakland county (60% ownership), one marking Royal Oak (40% owenership)
