Brief Description of Subject: This window symbolizes resurrection and eternal life. Shown is a Phoenix rising out of flames representing resurrection. Within the flames is a skull and at the top of the window is a cross. Legend is that the Phoenix was a large bird and when it was very old it burned itself in a nest. Out of the ashes rose a new bird with renewed youth.
