Subject/Title of Window: Redemption

Brief Description of Subject: The overall theme of this window, which is part of a five window series, is God is the light of the world. In the center is Christ, the light of the world. His halo shines with golden light which extends downward towarda more abstract human figure. The color change from gold to red as it descends is to recall that man is saved by the blood of Christ. Relevant passages from the Bible include: Matt.4:16, Luke 2:32, 8:16, John 1:4-5, 3:19-21, 5:35, 8:12, 11:9, 12:35-36, 46.

All images in the Index are either born-digital photographs of windows or buildings or are scans of slides, prints, or other published sources. These images have been provided by volunteers and the quality of the material varies widely.
