Subject/Title of Window: The Apostles, St. Bartholomew
Brief Description of Subject: St. Bartholomew approaches the Lord and Jesus tells him “When you were under the fig tree I saw thee”. This is referring to Jesus knowing of Bartholomew before evening meeting him. There is a fig tree in the center to remind us of this story. In the lower section is a knife laying on a Bible to remind us of Bartholomew’s horrible death. Designer: Louis Boermeester.
