Brief Description of Subject: Rectangular window, ornamental. The six windows between these two and the arched window (13) are no longer visible from inside, due to a balcony being built. All the windows are in poor condition, most are covered with plexiglass on exterior. Even though they are not intentionally ventilated, the installation was so poor that they vent themselves.
