Brief Description of Subject: Jesus taught many lessons by means of parables, stories understood by the simple folk who composed His audience. In this window the forgiving father is shown welcoming home the prodigal son home again while the elder brother watches. The fatted calf is vignetted in the background. The wine spilling from the overturned glass symbolizes the boy’s dissipation. Designed by Eric Sundean
