Brief Description of Subject: The picture is of a Lamb, the sacrificed lamb, the lamb of God. John 1:29. The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said “Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world”. This window is next to the stairway going to the balcony of the church.
Humanitarian concerns: Isaiah: 53:7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth; he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he opened not his mouth.
