Brief Description of Subject: The Angel Gabriel appears to Mary, under the dove of the Holy Spirit to ask her to be a part of God’s plan. Symbols include lilies in urns, monogram AM interwoven, and the letters of Maria as monogram, both in medallion and a cherub above the scene.
