Subject/Title of Window: Ecumenical Affairs

Brief Description of Subject: The Greek cross symbolizes sacrifice. The descending dove symbolizes God’s present creation brooding over chaos= following the flood gradient new life to come- the symbol of peace. The hands reaching upward with open palms signify an attitude of acceptance. To Every man reminds the worshiper as he leaves the sanctuary here are no limit to God’s love and family.

The Greek ross and flame suggest sacrifice and God’s presence. Moses met God in Midian at the burning bush. He talked with God (The good background ‘The Word” is God’s message to us_ and was sent on a life long mission. The globe suggests the arena in which we carry the Word that came to us in the sanctuary. To the world is Christ’s commission.
