In the canopy on a shield is a lamb (Christ) carrying the Victory Over Death banner. St Stanislaus Kostka is shown with his attributes. A lily for purity.The Jesuit habit and carrying the Christ Child stems from when he was ill he experienced the Virgin Mary placing the Christ Child in his arms and telling him to join the Jesuits.
