Brief Description of Subject: There is a Celtic, Ionic or an Irish cross at the top. This type of cross is very ancient and a familiar form. The circle on the cross represents eternity and the eternal quality of the redemption. Also displayed is a arc and two stone tablets. The arch of Noah is the symbol of the Christian Church and along with the rainbow a reminder of the covenant God made with Noah. The stone tablets are the Ten Commandments, the moral laws.
