This was when Jesus was baptized by John. The spirit descended on him in the form of a dove. JOHN 1, VERSE 32. "THEN JOHN TOLD ABOUT SEEING THE HOLY SPIRIT IN THE FORM OF A DOVE DESCENDING FROM HEAVEN AND RESTING UPON JESUS."
