Brief Description of Subject: Over the altar is the Judgement of Lawmakers' window, with the left lancet showing Christ as Judge (Matt. 7:1), and in the predella beneath, Christ and the woman taken in adultery (John 8:11). In the right lancet Moses, the lawmaker, is shown with the tablets of stone, and in the predella beneath he is receiving the tables of law from Jahweh (Ex. 20:3).
