Subject/Title of Window: Life of St. Paul, right lancet

Brief Description of Subject: Top: the Dove of God the Holy Ghost. In the large medallion above, we see him counseling and guiding his companions in his new home at Rome (Acts 28:30). Small center medallion, St. Paul heals the father of Publius (Acts 28:8). The shipwreck on the way to Rome (Acts 27:23) “For there stood by me this night angel of God, whose I am and whom I serve, saying ‘Fear not, Paul’.” Bottom, the crossed swords, a traditional symbol of St. Paul, indicating the sword of the Spirit and also the sword of his martyrdom.
