Brief Description of Subject: Description: Window is one of 7 in Chancel of the most important Polish Saints. The windows are designed to let in lots of light. The canopy, like all of the 7 Chancel windows, has a shield containing a symbol for one of the Trinity -- for this window it is 3 fishes. The letters of "fish" are the first letters in the Greek spelling of Jesus Christ. St. Casimir, Prince of Poland. is shown with his attributes. A scepter at his feet and dressed as a prince. A lily for purity. A sheet of music as he popularized the hymn "Omni die dic Mariae" (Every day say to Mary). A copy of that hymn was found in his tomb.
