Subject/Title of Window: James the Greater

Brief Description of Subject: Window description: St. James the Greater is holding a pilgrim's staff in his right hand. One of the most popular pilgrimages of all time is to Santiago de Compostela ( Spanish for "Burial site of St. James") -- hence the pilgrim's staff as his icon. In his left hand is the Holy Book symbolizing that he preached the word of God. Red curtain in back could represent that he died a martyr.
