Brief Description of Subject: Located on the stairway up at the east end of narthex. Depicted is a man holding a sword and balance scales. A modern rendering of familiar symbols. The right hand, palm out, of the blindfolded justice figure warns us to allow the necessary time for the scale of justice to find its balance. The sword of justice points heavenward. Designed by Odell Prather.
