Biography: Sarah Hall has won numerous awards for outstanding liturgical art from the American Institute of Architects and Minstry and Liturgy. In 1996 the Ontario Association of architects honored Sarah with the "Allied Arts Award" for her exceptional contribution to the built environment. "Art can open doors, illuminate the possible, and forge a connection with the spiritual. There is a point in every project when all of the separate elements - material, practical, intellectual, artistic, and spiritual - coalesce. The design takes on a life of its own and exists as a delicate bridge between ideas and feelings, physical thresholds and intuitive dimensions. My work in the medium of glass is to create windows that point to and connect to something beyond themselves." Sarah Hall.
